As the founding principal of PT Haerte Widya Konsultan Engineers, Hadi is the engineering mastermind behind many illustrations of Haerte buildings. He has over 40 years of experience working on numerous prestigious projects across Indonesia and internationally. Under his leadership, the firm has built a solid reputation for client service, technical excellence and a commitment to people.
In the year of 2009, he received the Highest Outstanding Design Awards from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for his contribution in introducing the first double cross high-strength reinforcement for coupling beam design of Satrio Tower project in Jakarta. Beyond his practice in Haerte, he has been an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering Department at Trisakti University since 1975.
