The tower’s main lateral system is Reinforced Concrete Dual System (RC Core Walls + RC Moment Frames). The coupling beam has a span-depth ratio of more than 2 which creates challenges in the reinforcement details. Our innovative design of double cross diagonal reinforcement for coupling beam was developed to overcome the issue. American Concrete Institute (ACI) recognized our coupling beam system and presented the ACI Design Award to Hadi Rusjanto Tanuwidjaja, the founder of the Company.
