With the existing Crowne Plaza Hotel, Haerte collaborated with PT. Prada Tata Internasional in the design of 3 add-on towers. Build on top of 2 hectares land area, this complex mixed-use program includes a 54-story, 225-m hotel and apartment tower, a 36-story, 170-m serviced apartment tower, and a 34-story, 165-m Grade A commercial office tower with 5 levels of basement for parking.
Mangkuluhur City is strategically located in the prime central business district at the Semanggi interchange, opposite SCBD and within striking distance of Mega Kuningan. The superblock embraces the street and public access as its close by to Jakarta’s new MRT and monorail infrastructure.
